We at Ziggurat Productions sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase, and we pledge to deliver non-damaged merchandise. Due to the unique nature of audio as merchandise (its recordability), returns & exchanges must be handled in the following manner. Please read before purchasing.

Refunds & Exchanges: 

AUDIO:
Refunds can be issued for unopened merchandise in original condition (minus shipping costs). Due to the recordable nature of audio, however, refunds cannot be issued for opened audio products. 

Opened merchandise found to be damaged or defective may be exchanged for the SAME TITLE only, provided original merchandise is returned to Ziggurat Productions (Ziggurat will refund return shipping cost for damaged or defective items.)
All refunds & exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the order.
